We started with a simple idea.
Somali girls should have a place where they can learn technology, ask questions, meet peers, and see themselves building.
Founded in 2025 in Mogadishu, GacaloTech was built by Somali women for Somali women. We focus on practical skills, community, and growing together — not on proving yourself first.
